Pumpora is a product of Langly Inc ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights regarding that data.
1. Data We Collect
- Email address — if you join our web waitlist.
- Telegram chat ID — when you interact with @PumporaBot. This identifies your account within the bot.
- Scan history — token addresses you submit for analysis, stored to cache results and detect abuse.
- Pumps balance — your credit balance for using the scan service.
- Payment records — transaction references for Pumps top-ups (we do not store full card numbers; payment processing is handled by Stripe or Telegram Stars).
2. How We Use Your Data
- To deliver the token analysis service via Telegram.
- To notify you when the web platform launches (waitlist emails only).
- To process and verify Pumps credit transactions.
- To detect and prevent abuse, rate-limit misuse, and enforce our EULA.
3. Data Retention
- Waitlist email: retained until you request deletion or the web platform launches.
- Scan history: retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
- Account data (Telegram): retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data to third parties. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing (their privacy policy applies).
- Railway — our cloud infrastructure provider, hosting data in the United States.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@pumpora.net. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. No analytics scripts are loaded.
7. Children
Pumpora is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via the Telegram bot. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
