End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Langly Inc ("Pumpora", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. By using @PumporaBot or the Pumpora web platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Informational Service Only

Pumpora provides on-chain data analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing produced by Pumpora constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing should be interpreted as such. All analysis scores are probabilistic estimates based on verifiable blockchain data — not guarantees of outcome. You remain solely responsible for all investment and trading decisions you make.

2. Data Quality and Limitations

Pumpora sources data directly from public blockchain records and takes reasonable steps to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. However, public blockchain data may occasionally be subject to delays, reorganisations, or third-party indexing latency outside our control. We do not provide investment advice or trading signals. All Pumpora output is informational analysis only, and you assume full responsibility for any decisions made based upon it.

3. Pumps Credits

• Pumps are consumable service credits, not currency or financial instruments.
• Pumps are non-refundable once used.
• Unused Pumps have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We reserve the right to modify the cost of scans with reasonable notice.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Automate requests to the bot or API beyond normal personal use (scraping).
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialise analysis results without written permission.
• Use results to artificially inflate or deflate token prices or manipulate markets.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Use the service if you are located in a jurisdiction where crypto trading is prohibited.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if we determine you have violated this EULA, applicable law, or Telegram's Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Langly Inc shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pumpora, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Langly Inc and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of this EULA.

8. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA. Material changes will be announced via the Telegram bot. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
